This Brand Assessment is Level One of our signature development process—and it’s designed to do one thing: show you the truth about your brand and how it’s impacting your growth. We take a close look at your messaging, positioning, visual identity, and digital presence to uncover what’s working, what’s unclear, and what’s quietly getting in the way of your next level. From visibility gaps to inconsistent messaging, brand confusion doesn’t just affect perception—it affects revenue. This isn’t about starting from scratch or fixing what’s not broken. It’s about understanding the disconnect between your vision and what your brand is currently communicating. You’ll receive a comprehensive written assessment that highlights: What problems exist in your current brand experience How those issues are affecting alignment, engagement, and revenue What strategic steps can be taken to resolve them The goal is clarity. So you can move forward—whether into a full Brand Strategy or your next launch—knowing exactly what needs to shift and why.
Cancellation Policy
By booking this Brand Assessment, you acknowledge and agree to the following: This is a standalone, strategy-based deliverable. Your booking includes a comprehensive written assessment of your brand’s current state, including key insights and recommendations. This is a one-time deliverable and does not include follow-up strategy calls or design services. This service does not include design or implementation. Any design, brand visuals, or implementation work must be booked separately. You may choose to bundle this with a full Brand Strategy service. Your participation is required. Timely completion of the intake form, brand uploads, and other requested materials is essential. Delays in submission may delay your assessment delivery. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy You may reschedule your assessment call up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not be charged. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiting your assessment spot. One round of clarification is included. You may submit one follow-up email with clarifying questions within 5 business days of delivery. Additional support or consulting calls are available separately. This service is non-refundable. Due to the custom and intellectual nature of this service, all sales are final once booked and submitted. You are welcome to share your deliverables internally. Your Brand Assessment is yours to use and share with designers or collaborators as needed. However, the content may not be copied, altered, resold, or used outside your business without written permission from CHLO™ Branding Co.
